Enalapril MCC 10 mg

Composition:

1 tablet contains 10mg of enalapril maleate, other excipients.

Pharmacological properties:

Enalapril inhibits angiotensin-converting enzyme. It reduces blood pressure, improves coronary hemo-dynamics, reduces the risk of iskemia. It also improves kidney function and slows down the progression of chronic renal diseases.

Indications:

•     Primary arterial hypertension
•     Congestive heart failure
•     Secondary hypertension in renal diseases (in renal insufficiency and diabetic nephropathy as well)

Contraindications:

•     Hypersensitivity to the drug or to its metabolite enalaprilat, history of angioneurotic oedema
•     Pregnancy and lactation

Side effects:

Hypo-tension, dizziness, headache, fatigue, nausea, cough, diarrhoea, constipation, skin rash, angio-oedema, anaemia, muscular spasms, chole-static icter.

Treatment and dosage:

According to doctor’s prescriptions.

Storage:

Keep away from humidity, heat and light, store below 25°C, in the original container.

Validity:

2 years from manufacturing date.
