Diclofenac Sodium MCC 100 mg

Composition:

100 mg of diclofenac sodium

Pharmacological properties:

Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug

Indications:

Inflammatory rheumatic diseases: rheumatoid arthritis, serum-negative spondyl-arthritis, arthritis, spondylosis. It may be used in short-term treatment of acute inflammatory states of the joints.

Contraindications:

•     Hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the drug, hypersensitivity to other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
•     Active gastric and duodenal ulcer
•     Inflamed lesions and bleeding in anal -rectal region
•     Renal and hepatic failure
•     Pregnancy and lactation

Side effects:

Gastrointestinal side-effects; rash; prurit; metabolic disorders, ecc.

Treatment and dosage:

1 suppository in the evening, as single dose or as final dose replacing the oral treatment.

Storage:

Store below 25°C, in the original container.

Validity:

2 years from manufacturing date.
